The Buddhist and Contemporary Scientific Understanding of the Nature of Body and Mind
A proper understanding and awareness of the body and mind is
extremely important as we all work for the health of the body and the
mind. Science seem to be exploring more of the body and Buddhism seem
to be exploring more of the mind. Hence sharing each other's knowledge
and insight in these two fields is important for a holistic physical
and mental growth.I will speak on the Buddhist perspective while
drawing references from science.
